At Velqunari we value the trust of every visitor. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal information in the context of Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and complementary regulations.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to respond to inquiries: name, email and the message submitted through the form. We do not request national ID, tax ID, banking data or sensitive information.
2. Purpose of processing
Data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry, improve our educational content and, when you authorize it, send you materials related to financial education.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the explicit consent you provide when completing the form and on the legitimate interest of improving our educational services with no commercial financial intent.
4. Data retention
Data is retained for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last interaction, unless Argentine law requires a different period.
5. Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection at any time by writing to privacidad@velqunari.com. The Agency of Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority.
6. Sharing of data
We do not commercialize personal information. We only share data when a competent authority requests it through formal channels and in accordance with current Argentine legislation.
7. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access control, backups and periodic reviews. No measure guarantees absolute security on the internet.
8. Minors
Velqunari is not directed to people under 18. If we detect data from minors uploaded without parental consent, we proceed to delete it.
9. Policy changes
This policy may be updated to reflect technological improvements or regulatory changes. We will publish updates on this page indicating the date of the latest revision.
